Shipping Policy
Order Delivery Address
All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order. If any changes are required, please contact us via WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing the order.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are usually delivered within 6–8 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product details.

Indian Orders:
Processing time is mentioned on individual product pages. Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days across India. -
International Orders:
Processing time is as mentioned on individual products. Delivery usually takes 9–18 days.
Important Notes for International Orders
Due to customs regulations, some countries may charge additional custom duties, import taxes, or government fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
- Duties and taxes are payable directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.
- In case of non-payment of duties or taxes, Queens Palacia will not be responsible for returns or refunds.
Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Wrong PIN code
- Unreachable contact number
Then the cost of re-shipping will be borne by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared on your registered phone number.
If you do not receive tracking details within 4–7 days, please contact us at QueensPalacia.com.
Delivery Coverage
We work with reliable third-party courier partners that cover most PIN codes across India. If your location falls under an Out of Delivery Zone (ODZ), you must inform us within 3 working days of placing the order. We will assist you with an alternate delivery solution.
Delays in Delivery
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance issues. Working days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and bank holidays.
Order Cancellation (Non-Acceptance of Delivery)
Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the order is not accepted and is returned due to reasons not attributable to us:
- Our team will attempt to contact you via phone and email
- If unreachable, the order will be considered cancelled
- Refund will be processed within 30 days, after deducting shipping charges
