Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Eligibility: Returns will only be accepted if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or if we sent a different style than the one ordered.
  • Notification: If your order is eligible for a return, kindly inform us of the issue via WhatsApp within 2 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 2 working days with a resolution.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds are provided under any circumstances once an order is processed, shipped, or a return is accepted.

3. SALE PERIOD

  • Discounted Items: We do not accept exchanges or returns on discounted products.
  • Cancellations: We experience high order volumes during sale periods and cannot cancel orders due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order in the event that the goods are unavailable.

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • All duties and taxes for international orders will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and must be borne by the customer.
